The things people usually want to know before they send a first message, answered without guesswork.
- What do you need to quote a new pool?
- The size and shape of the plot, what access there is for machinery, and whether anything needs to be approved before work starts. A photograph or two of the garden is more useful than a description.
- Can you renovate an existing pool?
- Renovation covers tile replacement, re-grouting, structural repair and waterproofing. To scope it we need roughly the pool’s size and age, and a photograph of what looks wrong.
- How do I know whether my pool is leaking?
- Watch whether the level drops when the pump is off as well as when it runs, and roughly how much over what period. Air from the returns, or a pump that loses prime, are also worth describing.
- Do you install pool heating and cooling?
- We install inverter heat and cool pumps for year-round temperature control. The useful details are the pool’s volume, which months you want to swim, and where an outdoor unit could stand.
- What photographs should I send?
- One wide shot of the whole pool and two close ones of whatever looks wrong. The contact form has no upload, so email those across instead.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Across Dubai, with the main communities listed on the service-areas page. If your property is not listed, tell us where it is and we will confirm.
- Does my community need to approve a new pool?
- Most villa communities ask for drawings and an application before a pool is built or significantly changed. Ask the community management what they need; the design and the approval usually run together.
- Can a heat and cool unit be added to a pool that has none?
- Usually. The unit connects into the return line after the filter, with space nearby for it to stand and a suitable electrical supply. The existing pump needs to give it enough flow.
- Is it better to renovate or rebuild an old pool?
- If the structure is sound and the layout still suits, renovation is normally enough. Serious structural defects, or a pool that no longer fits how the household uses the garden, are when rebuilding is weighed up.
- Do you look after pools day to day?
- No. Our work is building, renovating, equipping and diagnosing pools. Routine cleaning and water care are a separate kind of service.
