- What do you need to quote a new pool?
- The size and shape of the plot, what access there is for machinery, and whether anything needs to be approved before work starts. A photograph or two of the garden is more useful than a description.

- Can you renovate an existing pool?
- Renovation covers tile replacement, re-grouting, structural repair and waterproofing. To scope it we need roughly the pool’s size and age, and a photograph of what looks wrong.

- How do I know whether my pool is leaking?
- Watch whether the level drops when the pump is off as well as when it runs, and roughly how much over what period. Air from the returns, or a pump that loses prime, are also worth describing.

- Do you install pool heating and cooling?
- We install inverter heat and cool pumps for year-round temperature control. The useful details are the pool’s volume, which months you want to swim, and where an outdoor unit could stand.

- What photographs should I send?
- One wide shot of the whole pool and two close ones of whatever looks wrong. The contact form has no upload, so email those across instead.
